Hout Bay resident wins Memorial Award
Hout Bay resident, Geoff ten Oever and convener of the Mexican stall at the Community Chest Carnival jointly received the Community Chest Carnival Memorial Award this past Saturday, 29 May 2010 at the Carnival’s Thank You function.
